(EMAILWIRE.COM, October 23, 2007 ) Rio Rancho, NM -- Christopher Ysais Sues Bill Richardson, Governor and State Of New Mexico for corruption for interfering with family relations and ignoring and disregarding the U.S. Constitution.

Bill Richardson is named as a defendant because after he was informed of the actions of the various government agencies and did nothing. And because he is Governor he is in charge, and he is ultimately responsible for what happens in his State. It was believed that he wrote a letter to Miss Leyba promising her that he will expedient this matter. This points to potentially being involved directly.

Mr. Ysais had to file a Federal Suit in order to protect his child and himself, but it is only a temporary stop.

All defendants worked in a calculated pattern of corruption and conspiracy. This is supported by court information on the record.


Miss Leyba made some very serious allegation. But instead of the various government agencies doing the right thing they worked in a calculated pattern to destroy Mr. Ysais and his child. This is supported by court information on the record.

They violated law after law. They ignored subpoena after subpoena, and ignoring State and Federal Constitutions. They all acted as if there are no rules or laws that pertain to them. All action of corruption and conspiracy is supported by court information on the record.

Mr. Ysais has been threatened by various individuals to drop the Federal Suit. He will not drop the case, out of fear, he will loose custody, wind up in prison or be found dead.

On October 24, 2007 Mr. Ysais has a pretrial conference in front of Judge Debora Walker. She refuses to recuse herself even when she is considered a defendant in a Federal Suit.

Mr. Ysais also sent three complaints to the Judicial Standard Commission against Judge Debora Walker.

Judge Debora Walker has violated, Code of Judicial Conduct 21-300(B) and N.M Dist. Ct. R.C.P. 1-0888.1(D) “no district Judge shall sit in any action in which the Judge’s impartiality may reasonably be questioned under the provisions of the Constitution of New Mexico or the Code of Judicial Conduct, and the Judge shall file a recusal in any such action”
Mr. Ysais filed a Motion To Excuse Judge Debora Walker.

The Judicial Standard Commission sent a very unusual response to a complaint. They told Mr.Ysais to Appeal an not Guilty Verdict.

What does it say about this country when government agency after government agency ignores and totally disregards the U.S Constitution? What does it say when they violate the Bill of Rights, and then tell all that there is nothing anyone can do because they are Immune? So since when is the 11th Amendment a free reign for corruption?
