TransEDA Names Vice President of North American Sales
(EMAILWIRE.COM, February 06, 2001 ) TransEDA has announced the appointment of Richard Mumper as Vice President of North American Sales. Mr. Mumper will lead the U.S. and Canadian sales teams in the sale of the company's verification software for electronic systems and system-on-chip designs.

Mr. Mumper has extensive experience in sales and sales management in both hardware and software environments. Most recently, he worked on the major accounts program at Avanti Corporation, which was responsible for major multi-million dollar contracts. Earlier, he was at Arcadia Design Systems, which more than doubled its revenue in the two years he was in charge of sales.
Mr. Mumper graduated from Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania, with a bachelor's degree in marketing.
