SCRIPT: As Affirmative Action comes under attack in the nation's courts, students on campuses across the country are letting administrators know that they support diversity in their schools. Ikeita Cantu Hinojosa represents Americans for a Fair Chance, a consortium of six leading civil rights legal organizations.

CUT: (Hinojosa) Legal attacks on Affirmative Action programs for underrepresented students are at an all time high. In several states where affirmative action has been eliminated, the enrollment of students of color has not rebounded after 6 years, despite attempts to replace race with other indicators of disadvantage.

SCRIPT: Nicholas Centino is the director of the Student of Color Campus Diversity Project for the US Student Association Foundation.
