Mr. Burk will be responsible for the overall sales and consulting activities of Keynote services worldwide. Mr. Burk, 52, brings to Keynote over 30 years of technology management experience in the IT industry including most recently serving as president of global sales at SBC Communications. In his SBC global markets role, Burk was in charge of the company's sales efforts targeting more than 425 global accounts representing about a $25 billion market in annual telecommunications expenditures for this segment, according to industry analysts. Prior to his global markets role, Burk served as head of national accounts for SBC's Pacific Bell unit where he was responsible for the company's efforts targeted at reaching the unit's largest and most complex business accounts.
