Salesnet Unveils Communications Functionality That Integrates With Microsoft Word
Salesnet's powerful Communications Manager executes mass communications to fill sales pipeline and increase revenues for clients

Salesnet's Communications Manager is the only ASP sales automation functionality that seamlessly integrates with Microsoft Word.
The upgrade is automatically available to all Salesnet users on the application service provider (ASP) platform, www.salesnet.com. Most notable of the list of enhancements is the ability of users to create templates with Microsoft Word using Salesnet Account and Company fields for printing customized letters, envelopes, and mailing labels; and for merging and sending customized emails (with attachments as needed). The Communication Manager includes a free plug-in that creates the connection between Salesnet and Microsoft Word.

Create and send mass emails (with attachments as needed) that don't require any merge fields.
Build distribution lists of Contacts so users don't have to manually enter Contact information each time they need it, which is especially helpful if they're communicating with a large number of Contacts.
Keep track of each communication event through the Event History so users can always view exactly what they sent to whom and when.
Conduct real-time editing of files stored in Salesnet's Document Library (no longer requiring additional file uploads as changes are made).
