Salesnet Signs J.J. Keller & Associates and Prestige Care, Inc.
Recognized Leader in Sales Process Management Selected to Affect Process Improvements and Increased Revenues
(EMAILWIRE.COM, July 12, 2001 ) Boston, MA — Salesnet, the leader in Sales Process Management (SPM) and automation, announced today that J.J. Keller & Associates, a leading specialized publisher and services provider, and Prestige Care, Inc., a privately held company specializing in long-term care and senior housing, are implementing Salesnet’s award-winning sales improvement solution.
“Salesnet’s customer base continues to grow exponentially because companies like J.J. Keller and Prestige Care recognize the unique and substantial benefits associated with using Salesnet’s technology,” said Mike Doyle, chairman and CEO of Salesnet. “Our Sales Process Management solution has been implemented by small businesses with only two sales reps to enterprises with more than 600 users. Once clients deploy Salesnet within a single department, such as sales, we often find that they rapidly roll out the application to additional business areas that affect top-line revenues.”
J.J. Keller will complete its integration of Salesnet’s Sales Process Management (SPM) suite by mid-August. Thirty-five members of J.J. Keller’s sales team, located in Wisconsin and Maryland, will be equipped with Salesnet.
“We began looking for a sales automation solution last November,” explained Linda Witkowski, sales business analyst for J.J. Keller. “Our independent research led us to Salesnet and four other Application Service Providers (ASPs). The list was easily narrowed to Salesnet’s Web-based solution because of its unique Process Builder technology. We recognized that Salesnet’s application would enable us to better manage our sales process, and because it is very intuitive and user-friendly, our end users strongly recommended that we move forward with the implementation process.”
Prestige Care has begun implementing Salesnet among 12 of their marketing and sales staff located in California, Idaho, and Washington. Once the initial testing stage is completed in these facilities, Prestige will determine further Salesnet deployment. Prestige Care currently has 17 skilled nursing facilities and 24 assisted living communities in seven western states.
“We wanted more than just a data collection tool,” said Julie Carlson, director of support and services at Prestige Care, Inc. “We found Salesnet through the Assisted Living Federation of America (ALFA), and we learned that Mike Doyle founded the first publicly traded assisted living company in the U.S. This gives us great confidence that he understands the challenges associated with our industry. Salesnet’s technology allows us to customize, improve, and manage our sales process, which we anticipate will help us improve our client retention and fill rates.”
