External Data Capture (XDC) Intelligently Bridges The Gap From Lead Capture To Sale Using Business Rules And Process Management

The new functionality allows companies to capture data from any lead generation channel including Web sites, intranets, emails, call centers, and marketing databases. XDC routes the lead intelligently through Salesnet’s Sales Process Management application to the appropriate salesperson, automatically creating a new Account, Contact, and/or Deal. This enables companies to consistently and quickly capitalize on leads by processing them correctly so that they don’t fall through the cracks. Salesnet also improves the return on lead generation by allowing real-time management, tracking, and reporting on the status of all sales leads throughout the entire sales process.

· Unique deal names can be synthesized on the fly based on data captured through the XDC Forms.
· Native XML support for integrating XDC with external applications.
· No need for IT involvement regarding enabling/disabling specific data capture settings, as each XDC Form has its own individual setting that can be turned “on” or “off” through Salesnet’s application.
