Richardson Launches Mandarin Chinese and Japanese Versions of Sales Coaching Online Diagnostic Tool

SkillGauge: Developmental Coaching is a 360º online Sales Coaching diagnostic tool that provides Managers with feedback on how they, their Managers, Peers, and Direct Reports perceive them as coaches and the impact of their sales leadership and coaching. The diagnostic consists of 28 targeted questions which are based on Richardson's 27 years of research and experience providing sales leadership and management training and consulting to its world-class clients.
