Red-M Appoints Mike McTighe as Non-Execuitive Chairman
Industry veteran strengthens management team to

McTighe brings a wealth of successful leadership experience from senior positions within companies such as Philips, Motorola, GE and more recently Cable and Wireless.

McTighe brings to Red-M over 20 years of leadership experience in the telecommunications and electronics industries. McTighe is currently CEO of Carrier 1 International SA – a pan European telecoms service provider. Up to October 1 2001, McTighe was CEO, Global Operations, Cable & Wireless, where he played a major role in C&W’s transformation to a focused Global Data and IP company.
Prior to C&W, McTighe was President and CEO of Philips Consumer Communications LLP, a joint venture between Philips Electronics N.V. and Lucent Technologies Inc focusing on wireless technologies. He also spent five years with Motorola’s Cellular Subscriber Group, occupying a number of executive positions in Europe and Asia. Prior to this activity McTighe spent 10 years with GE.
