The agreement has been established to provide the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, GEN-ID Lab Services, LLC, with the necessary support and
services for SNP testing.

The Company's agreement with Advanomics will provide Gen-ID Labs the support services and access to the Advanomics labs, including their staff and research techniques. Advanomics lab is equipped with the tools to provide Gen-ID with in-house testing of the SNP tests. PSIV will have the ability to send blood samples taken by physicians directly to the Advanomics lab where Dr. Steve Slilaty and his staff will extract DNA samples from the patients blood sample, run the SNP testing, analyze the data, all under one roof. PSIV's Gen-ID Labs will benefit with this agreement with Advanomics, by making the SNP test cheaper to administer, which in essence makes the SNP test more affordable to a wider number of the population.
