Performance of the site for consumerstrying to access it for news of the company's financial status and theenergy crisis started to slow this morning at about 10:00am, degrading to10.51 seconds at 12:00 noon PST and to 21.68 seconds at 2:00pm PST. Theoverall performance average for the day is 5.65 seconds. This compares toTuesday's average for the site of 2.34 seconds and Monday's average of 2.46seconds (5:00am to 3:00pm PST). Since 2:00pm, performance at www.pge.com hasreturned to normal, 2.36 seconds at 4:00pm. Performance of the sites of Southern California Edison at www.sce.com andthe California Independent Systems Operator at www.caiso.com were slightlyimpacted with today's news. At 10:00am sce.com was 3.81 seconds, slowing by40.68% to 5.36 seconds at noon, and returning to 3.80 seconds at 2:00pm.
