•Julie Ruby, project manager. Julie is responsible for managing all phases of a project lifecycle from managing client meetings to delivering multiple projects. Julie holds a BS degree in Computer Science from Western New England College and a Masters degree in Education from Westfield State College. She is a resident of Burlington, CT.
