OECI Increases In-Bound Call Capacity for Previously Announced March 30th Conference Call

(OTC Bulletin Board: OECI) today announced that over the past 48 hours it has received many e-mails and calls from shareholders expressing their strong support for the Company’s efforts to date and to indicate their intention to participate in the March 30th conference call.
Accordingly, the Company has increased the number of in-bound lines to accommodate the higher than originally anticipated participation rate in the conference call. The purpose of the call is to present the Company’s business and financial plans and to provide investors and market analysts an opportunity to have their questions addressed by the Company’s President and CEO in a public forum.
