Onyx Software Named to ISM's 2002 List of Top 15 CRM Suite Vendors
Latest Award Marks 6th Consecutive Year the Company has Ranked Among ISM's Top CRM Vendors

(NASDAQ: ONXS) announced today its Onyx Enterprise 2001 customer relationship management (CRM) software suite has been named by ISM, Inc. as one of the Top 15 CRM software packages for 2002. This is the sixth consecutive year ISM selected Onyx's CRM suite to ISM's Top 15. The Top 15 selections are featured in ISM's 10th anniversary edition of The Guide to CRM Automation, (www.ismguide.com).
The Onyx Enterprise 2001 suite was chosen from dozens of CRM software packages, which were tested by the ISM Software Lab at its Bethesda, Md.-based headquarters. Each package was rated according to 166 selection criteria, including 107 business functions, 41 technical features, and 18 user-friendliness/support features.
This award is the latest in a string of honors garnered by Onyx and its products, dating back several years. Notable awards in 2001 include being named a member of the Deloitte and Touch Fast 500 - the third consecutive year Onyx achieved the distinction; and best CRM solutions provide of the year at the inaugural Customer Contact World Asia Industry Awards.
