NowAuto Becomes The Largest Independent Used-Car Dealership In Arizona
(EMAILWIRE.COM, April 07, 2005 ) Lake Harmony, PA - NowAuto, Inc. reports (Nasdaq: NWAU) it has completed its acquisition of Phoenix-based Sunburst Car Company, the largest independent used-car dealership in Arizona. Sunburst expects annual sales in excess of $16 million in 2005 and will be accretive to NowAuto’s earnings.
Sunburst Car Company will continue to operate as Sunburst Car Company, a NowAuto Company. The other three NowAuto dealerships are located in Tucson, Tempe, and Mesa will continue as NowAuto.
