(EMAILWIRE.COM, March 19, 2001 ) Carson City, NV – Red Earth Software today announced the release of ReplyMate 1.0 Beta for Outlook 2000. ReplyMate enables users to store frequently used texts & attachments such as URLs, addresses and price lists and paste these into their email messages when needed. Apart from using hot keys, the program can be accessed by buttons in Outlook that create reply, forward and new e-mails with selected text.

By using ReplyMate, users can reply to more e-mails in less time and their emails contain less spelling mistakes. Moreover, by using shared texts this new product allows supervisors to exercise more control over the content of corporate emails. How does it work?
Users can store responses by entering text directly in ReplyMate, or by copying existing texts from other applications into ReplyMate using the ‘copy’ hotkey. To use a stored text in an e-mail message, users can hit the ‘paste’ hotkey and double-click on the text they wish to paste. The text is then automatically pasted into the email message.

Integration with Outlook 2000
ReplyMate adds New, Reply, and Forward buttons to the Outlook toolbar. By clicking on these buttons ReplyMate performs the appropriate function using the selected text. The newly created Reply message will include the recipient’s name and email address, and if an Outlook contact is selected while clicking on the ReplyMate ‘New’ button, the new email message will include the Contact’s name and email address. A Hot Paste button is also included which activates a drop down list of frequently used texts for easy access.
