Incorporating Canon's newly developed high precision ultra wide-angle lens, exclusive optical box, and 1.4X optical zoom, these cost-effective projectors can display an amazing 100-inch diagonal image from as close as 9.2 feet.

Weighing just 6.4 pounds, the value-packed Canon LV-X2 features XGA resolution (SXGA with advanced compression) and 1100 ANSI lumens, while the LV-S2 features SVGA resolution (XGA with compression) and 1000 ANSI lumens. Both units offer a wide range of projection distances, enhancing applications for educators, business people and home users.

By connecting a Canon camcorder or digital camera to either projector, users can take advantage of high impact presentations in schools and businesses, while home enthusiasts can enjoy "theater-like" displays. For maximum versatility, the LV-X2 and LV-S2 can be connected to a variety of other devices including: desktop and laptop computers (using standard VGA input), document cameras, DVD players or VCRs, using Component, S-Video and RCA terminals. A wireless remote control, user-friendly on-screen display menu, and available USB mouse control, enhance operation function and ease.

Building on Canon's famed optics, the new projection lens of the LV-X2 and LV-S2 is linked to Canon's innovative Clear Prism, which ensures superior color fidelity through efficient light processing.

Increased flexibility comes from new picture control features such as Auto Grayscale which optimizes the contrast and black level of the image and Auto Fleshtone, which produces natural looking skin tones with reduced color noise, along with High Contrast, Cinema and Gamma Adjustment, can be saved in memory for instant recall. Digital Keystone Correction eliminates trapezoidal distortion (up to 20 degrees) for well proportioned imagery, while a 16X Digital Zoom lets users enlarge a section of the image for a closer look.
