Last Digital has received its registration from CQS (Certified Quality Systems) after they assessed the companies’ quality system and found it to be in compliance with ISO 9001: 2000.
ISO 9001 is a quality assurance model made up of 20 sets of quality system requirements. This model (consisting of administration systems and guidelines) applies to organizations that design, develop, produce, and provide services. In order to achieve ISO 9001:2000 registration, a company must successfully complete a comprehensive assessment of its quality system, which includes documented procedures and operations from every department with a focus on customer satisfaction and continual improvement of processes and procedures.
