(EMAILWIRE.COM, August 05, 2004 ) LAS VEGAS -- Owner and publisher of Las Vegas Food & Beverage Magazine, Michael Politz, will host a new local entertainment segment on the "Morning Madhouse with Mike P. and Adasia" on KVEG-FM "Hot 97.5" Thursday mornings, beginning today at 8:00 a.m.

The morning segment will include information from Politz's column "Eye On Vegas" featured by Las Vegas Food & Beverage Magazine, as well as exclusive local information and celebrity sightings. Another portion of the radio segment will be devoted to announcements on upcoming restaurants and events.

Las Vegas Food & Beverage Magazine recently celebrated its two-year anniversary, and in the two and a half years Politz has been in Las Vegas, he has quickly become one of the most prominent figures in the food and beverage and entertainment industries. His status motivated KVEG-FM to approach him about hosting the morning segment.

Politz's other ventures include serving as the Special Assignment Correspondent for the nationally syndicated television show "Extra."
