("Indexonly") (OTCBB: IOTI) announced today that they have signed a letter of intent to partner with Interactive Netcasting Systems Inc (INSINC) of Burnaby, BC to offer full streaming media netcasting capabilities to all 20 million Indexonly listed businesses and advertisers. Audio and video streaming products will be developed and marketed ensuring simple and rich content adding enhanced value to Indexonly.com users.

Indexonly has developed a multi-dimensional location based search process that allows users the quickest path to find business information anywhere, anytime. Advertisers will be able to enhance their listings using INSINC audio and video streaming media to provide info clips promoting their products and services. Perey Research predicts the global streaming media market to reach $13.4 billion in 2002. 17% of US companies used streaming media in 1999 and this is projected to double this year (Gartner Group).
