SalesLogix users can now receive alerts on critical, time-sensitive business data

SalesLogix KnowledgeSync BusinessAlerts and E-mail Response give users the unique ability to automatically identify and respond to critical, time-sensitive customer and business data. BusinessAlerts enables SalesLogix users to pro-actively respond to crucial business events such as support calls needing escalation, opportunities or activities falling behind schedule, and clients with pending sales who haven’t been contacted.
BusinessAlerts also gives SalesLogix user the unique ability to trigger cross-application alerts, such as clients with pending sales in SalesLogix who are on credit hold in MAS90 or in any other financial application. Business events and alert method (e-mail, fax, pager, PDA, cellular phone, or a unique “webcast” dashboard) are determined by the user.
With E-mail Response, companies can intelligently identify and process incoming mail messages to ensure that timely and knowledgeable follow-ups are made by the organization’s sales and support staff. E-Mail Response monitors all incoming mail messages, parses through the message content, and auto-responds to the sender, auto-notifies the appropriate account manager, and auto-updates SalesLogix with the details of the message.
