ICT GROUP Signs Three-Year Contract with VTech Communications; Expands ICT's Specialized Customer Care and Product Support Services into Consumer Electronics Market

record of providing consistent, quality customer care and product support services as well as its comprehensive mix of highly customized, scalable and flexible global solutions.
Under the terms of the agreement, ICT GROUP will be providing customer care services for consumers of VTech Communications and Electronic Learning Products, using a dedicated group of customer service representatives (CSRs) in two of its global contact centers.
VTech's partnering strategy with ICT GROUP includes delivering high-quality live operator service to all consumers calling VTech's toll free numbers for assistance and reducing the use of automated, self help, menus and solutions currently being handled by an Integrated Voice Response Unit (IVRU). VTech's goal is to provide excellent pre- and post-sales support to its consumers in the rapidly changing consumer electronics business.
