This business unit focuses on providing highly specialized analytical CRM services such as: data modeling, customer segmentation and profiling, campaign performance measurement, and database development and maintenance. These solutions are designed
to improve marketing efficiency and increase profitability while optimizing the long-term strategic value of client's outsourced sales and service programs.
In this position, Mr. Vander Putten will be responsible for expanding ICT GROUP's marketing services, providing clients with valuable business intelligence and customer insight data to be used in their long-term, strategic planning and sales and service initiatives.
Mr. Vander Putten will also play an instrumental role in the continuous development of ICT GROUP's new and complimentary marketing services such as Direct Response Medical Detailing (DrMD(SM)), an innovative program combining predictive data modeling with multiple-channel detailing to increase pharmaceutical market share and
physician prescribing activity.
This appointment is part of ICT GROUP's long-term strategy to position the Company to better respond to increased market demands for higher-margin, innovative marketing support services as well as to continue diversifying its service offering.

Throughout his professional career in database marketing, he has gained significant experience in customer acquisition and development, customer profiling and modeling, campaign performance measurement, database development, 1:1 communications strategy development and execution, and digital product and services development.
Prior to joining ICT GROUP, Mr. Vander Putten most recently served as Senior Vice President of Digital and Database Marketing for Brann Worldwide, a top five global direct marketing services agency, supporting such high-profile companies as American Express, Saks Fifth Avenue, Lord & Taylor, Phillip Morris, Lucent, Verizon and JP Morgan. Previously, as Senior Vice President of CRM Solutions for ResponseLogic, he was responsible for overseeing that company's professional services group and implementation of insight-based business rules, data modeling, campaign performance analysis and database marketing consulting.
Mr. Vander Putten has been a frequent contributor and speaker for the Direct Marketing Association (DMA), where he has been a member for almost 25 years. He has a BA degree in English Literature from Hunter College.
