The home is being offered by the Olds Foundation at Public Real Estate Auction through Fowler Auctioneers, Inc. of Glenwood and its broker, Lake Hamilton Realty of Hot Springs.

The Olds Foundation was formed in 1993 by sisters Hazel Olds-Richardson, Cleda and Eutha Olds, and gained attention by offering numerous educational, medical, and municipal grants, primarily in the Amity and central Arkansas area. Ownership of the home transferred to the Olds Foundation after the passing of the longest surviving Olds Sister, Hazel, who died in 2004.
