Harris Corp Declares 2-For-1 Stock Split And 12 cent Quarterly Dividend

Catalyst Semiconductor (Nasdaq: CATS) shares fell 5.2% after the maker of programmable technology products posted third-quarter earnings and sales that fell short of expectations. Kohl's Corp (NYSE: KSS) shares rose 4.1% after the retailer posted fourth-quarter earnings that were better than expected. The company earned $324.9 million, or 94 cents a share, on sales of $4.08 billion. Analysts were expecting earnings of 93 cents a share on sales of $4.1 billion.
Featherlite Inc. (Nasdaq: FTHR) shares rose 23.9% after the maker of trailers and luxury motorcoaches posted solid fourth-quarter results. The company earned $1.2 million, or 16 cents a share, on sales of $56.6 million.
