Normington most recently served as president and CEO of the Pacific Network Group, a California association of insurance agents and brokers. Prior to that he served as vice president and director of marketing of Sequoia Insurance Company. Earlier in his career, he held management positions for Cigna Insurance Company in Sacramento. He holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from California State University.
