Financial Aid For College

This is the time of year when students start getting letters of acceptance, and start taking steps to apply for financial aid. Sixty percent of all student aid is in the form of loans, and often they must be paid back just when the new graduate is earning the least. And the fees for school are only on the rise.
While student loans are valuable tools to allow a student to attend college, financial experts encourage their parents to start to save and invest as early as possible to help lessen the students' reliance on those loans, and allow them to start their working years as debt free as possible.
