Francis (Frank) A. Ruggiero, LUTCF, RHU, REBC, CSA, LTCIS has been in the insurance business since 1973, specializing in Health Insurance and Employee Benefit Programs since 1980. He was President of the Northwest Jersey Association of Health Underwriters from 1992 to 1994, President of the New Jersey Association of Health Underwriters 1997 to 1998, and 2001 recipient of the LOUIS G. MATTEI Award as the New Jersey Health Insurance Underwriter of the Year. He is also a member of the Leading Producer Round Table - President's Council 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001 and 2002.

Frank is an Adjunct Instructor for insurance courses at the American School for Business, American Center for Insurance Education and Warren County Community College.

Frank will be responsible for the operation and course curriculum of BENEFIT UNIVERSITY which includes professional continuing education and pre-licensing courses in the life and health insurance industry. He will also be responsible for the development of programs that will draw on his sales training experience to aid our carrier partners and our agent clients.
