The HRSelect suite of products currently includes SelectBenefits™ for IVR and Web. SelectBenefits is an easy to use employee and manager IVR or Web self-service package designed for open enrollment, new hire enrollment, and on-going qualifying event changes. The package also includes Investment Plan Review for reviewing percentages of salary being deducted for retirement and investment balances, Department Transfer (IVR only) for transferring an employee’s call to a selected internal department, and Insurance Carrier Transfer (IVR only) for transferring an employee’s call to an insurance carrier by carrier name. Enhancements to the system include the ability to fast track enroll, designate a primary care physician, locate a dental office (DOL), and receive a confirmation of elections via email, fax, or printer.

Human Resources personnel via the web-based administration module can administer and configure the system without assistance from the IT department. The administration module guides the HR professional through the set up of required benefits information such as Benefit Tags, Plan Types, Plan Options, Plan Coverage, etc., providing convenient real-time updates as changes are made. Employee records, dependent/beneficiary records, cost records, credit records, investment plan records, and option records can all be imported into the package. Open enrollment election records, new hires, QEC records, and audit can likewise be exported from the system.

The HRSelect suite of products runs on the standard FirstLine Encore™ version 7.x system. EPOS’ FirstLine Encore, an award winning IVR system, provides real-time interactive access to information over various media such as telephone, Web, fax, e-mail, or wireless technologies. The SelectBenefits package includes the web-based administration module and a web version for web Enrollment and/or an IVR version for IVR Enrollment. The package runs on a single platform installed with both FirstLine Encore and WebEncore™. A typical configuration allows a combination of IVR lines and web sessions.
