Direct Marketing Question #1: Am I sending out the right offer? How many people saw my ad and actually took action on it?

Direct Marketing Question #2: What does my ad look like? Does it provide the information that customer’s desire?

Direct Marketing Question #3: How am I positioning the offer? Remember, nobody cares about their business, they care about themselves. The marketing should be driven by the customer. They need to know what the customer wants.

Direct Marketing Question #4: How many people clicked on the ad and then actually purchased? This is conversion which is a game of numbers.

Direct Marketing Question #5: How many people left me their email address, with their permission, so that I can email then about future products and services?

How did they do? Can they answer all the questions honestly and in detail? The better they can answer these questions, the better chance they have at improving their business. Take time out to analyze these questions and track the business numbers. Do it now and on a consistent basis. Remember, the numbers are the business.
