Dialog Group's AdValiant Division Signs to be Interactive Agency for LiquidXS.com® Creating Convergent Media and Marketing Solutions

(EMAILWIRE.COM, October 03, 2005 ) NEW YORK, NY — Dialog Group, Inc.'s (OTC BB: DLGG) AdValiant.com division has reached an agreement to become the interactive agency of record for LiquidXS.com. LiquidXS.com is a business-to-business company that sells brand name consumer product closeouts to retailers all over the world through its private eCommerce marketplace www.liquidxs.com.

AdValiant is a performance-marketing network that will provide lead and transaction generation, search engine marketing, media buying, and publisher representation for LiquidXS.com. AdValiant offers performance and convergent marketing using e-mail, direct mail, and advertising that can reach 80% of the online US households. AdValiant will also handle the traditional convergent marketing budgets.
