to announce an exclusive agreement to distribute Clipstream™, Bannerstream™
and ClipstreamMail™ in the United Kingdom with DigiStream Limited. This
arrangement is another step forward in Destiny’s international distribution
efforts for their streaming and secure media distribution technologies.

This six-year agreement includes an up front fee in addition to royalty
payments to Destiny. In order for DigiStream to maintain the exclusive UK
rights to Destiny’s products, DigiStream must generate minimum royalties to
Destiny of several million dollars in the first three years of the
agreement. Although the exclusive agreement is restricted to the UK,
DigiStream will have the non-exclusive right to sell Destiny’s Clipstream™
products into the rest of Europe.
