GlobalPhone identified DCI as a strong influence in the wholesale market and made a strategic decision to pass 100% of their domestic traffic through them. In turn, DCI saw value in GlobalPhone’s enhanced telecom solutions for retail agents, and has commissioned them as their official retail arm.

With international origination and termination as their core business, GlobalPhone has not had the inclination to invest resources to enhance the domestic aspect of their business.
