The kick-off session begins on October 9th and the following 8 sessions are conducted on consecutive Mondays.

Bob Herrera, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Ralph Nichols Group, is a Multi course Dale Carnegie Instructor with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan. As an instructor, Herrera has experience in training individuals to develop their talent in sales, communication, leadership, and human relations in pursuit of their career and personal goals.
