Business e-Learning Site Drops Prices of New US$895.00 Training Videos to US$49.95 for Broadband Video-On-Demand (VOD)

(EMAILWIRE.COM, June 14, 2002 ) SANTA ROSA, California -- Brainware.TV, a new business e-learning site with broadband video-on-demand (VOD) rentals, announced its global grand opening with a direct Internet marketing campaign spanning forty-four countries.

Brainware.TV opened today with 130 new and best selling business training videos in both English and Spanish with free three-minute previews. Subjects covered include Interviewing, Sexual Harassment, Legal Issues, Sales, Management, Diversity, Customer Service, Leadership, Motivation, Communication and other business skills categories.

"Business people at their computers are renting and viewing new $895.00 training videos online for only $49.95 whenever they need to solve business problems," said Phil Doyle, CEO. "We cut the time and physical costs of video production and shipping, and that enables us to drastically lower prices and open new global markets."

Any number of employees throughout an organization anywhere in the world can view the same new training program at the same time without ever leaving their desks - or homes - for less than fifty dollars total cost to the company. Identical training programs on videocassette currently sell for $895.00 or rent for $445.00 plus shipping charges.

Research firm Gartner says e-learning will be the top Web-based application by 2005, while research fim IDC estimates it will grow 150 percent each year till it reaches $23 billion in 2004.

According to Art Bauer, a veteran business video producer, "Brainware.TV is truly great and very cutting edge. It accomplishes two things: 1. It trains people (and solves problems) instantaneously, right at their work area at the time of need; 2. It saves money. The price is 80% less than conventional training, a value no one can afford to pass up."

Brainware.TV recently arranged a syndication agreement through major cable broadband business portals in more than forty US markets to reach millions of business people at work every day. The company is hoping to continue expanding through similar revenue sharing, syndication deals in which business portals and company websites get their own logo-branded VOD sites for business e-learning as a new profit center.
