In a strategic move to bring all its RAID products under the brand name MegaRAID, AMI has renamed its IDE RAID line as MegaRAID IDE. The addition of this new series allows AMI to provide the industry with the most extensive family of RAID controller products that allows customers to choose RAID
products tailored to their specific data needs and demands, from low-cost low-end IDE controllers to enterprise-wide SCSI and Fibre solutions.
