American Express Purchases Xenos d2e Platform
(EMAILWIRE.COM, February 01, 2001 ) Toronto, ON., - Xenos (TSE: XNS), the data to e-content companyÔ, announced today that the American Express Company has signed an agreement to purchase components of the Xenos d2e PlatformÔ. The agreement is valued at approximately CDN $300,000, and includes additional annual maintenance and professional service revenues of approximately CDN $50,000.
The Xenos d2e PlatformÔ is e-business infrastructure technology that enables large companies to transform business-critical legacy data and documents, such as statements and bills, into e-content formats, including XML, HTML and PDF, for presentment on the Internet. This helps reduce cost, speeds time to market and enhances competitiveness in the digital economy.
