(EMAILWIRE.COM, October 12, 2007 ) Bangkok, Thailand, -- Mr Kurt Rufli, Managing Director of Amari Hotels and Resorts, has appointed Mr A-Thit Kunanukorn, as General Manager of Amari Vogue Resort, Tub Kaek Beach, Krabi.

Mr Kunanukorn holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from the Singapore Hotel Association and a degree from Universidad Nacional Autonoma De Mexico and 20 years experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining Amari Hotels and Resorts, he worked for Pattaya Hill Resort, as a General Manager, as well as other international hotels, such as Dusit Thani, Bangkok, Rayavadee Resort, Krabi, and Ajman Kempinski Resort, United Arab Emirates.

Mr Kunanukorn will oversee the launch and smooth running of the new Amari Vogue Resort, a five-star Lanna style getaway in Krabi.
