Mr Kunzmann, of Swiss-Singaporean origin, graduated from Swiss Hotel Management School in Australia and has since worked in five-star hotels, mostly in operations, for over 10 years, at the likes of the Hyatt, Sheraton and other boutique properties in Switzerland, Australia and Canada.
