The restaurant is in a rather unique position, a neighbor is the large Marshall Steam Plant whose white plumes can be seen several miles away as it generates power for the Lake Norman area. Also, commuters heading into Mooresville, Statesville and Charlotte heavily travel the stretch of Highway 150.

"Because of where we are located and the number of drivers passing by the location every day, we chose to be a little unconventional in our marketing. We opened fast and did our marketing fast too. We are using mobile marketing to connect folks with 150 Grill. We chose Charlotte-based mobile marketing company, Mobile Marketing Max, to run our text marketing campaigns. "Mobile Marketing Max also designed our website. We went with a mobile web site because of the speed of production time. We wanted to get our menu out on the web and this was the quickest way. We also have a Facebook page and are working on the rest of our social media presence. It's an exciting time with everything coming together in just under a month," added to the investor.
