The miniTek is a multifunctional device since it’s both an audio streamer and a remote control. It connects the user’s hearing instruments to multiple devices simultaneously adding further functionality. Users can connect their phones, mp3 players, TV, computer, mobile phone, Bluetooth enabled landline phone, and other mobile devices all at once to a user’s hearing instrument. It can receive and transmit audio signals to and from these devices.
It’s small and stylish and is pretty discreet. Its one touch controls make it very easy to use. The volume controls are right on the front along with the program controls. The start and end call button is also conveniently placed at a particular corner at the front. The standby and power buttons are right on the top, making them easy to reach. Since this device can work with almost any Bluetooth enabled device, there are multiple possibilities for which it can be used. Battery life is not so much of an issue since the device can run for five hours straight before requiring a recharge. It only takes three hours to recharge the batteries.
