During the last Broward County Tour, there were over 160 property owners, brokers and retail tenants who spent their day networking as well as visiting almost 40 retail shopping centers in the market. Three chartered buses, following three police escorts, each had two "on-board" moderators guiding attendees through the retail properties, providing information on each property, including rental rates, existing and upcoming vacancies and future redevelopment plans. The company has announced the next Tour will be taking place in Miami-Dade County on March 8, 2012 and registration has already begun.

The upcoming Retail Bus Tour will begin at the newly constructed Marlins Stadium in Miami as they will be hosting the breakfast/registration and the cocktail-networking reception that will follow immediately after the Tour. “Additionally, all attendees will be the first to receive a private tour of the new stadium highlighting the amenities and, of course, the commercial space available for lease” said Mr. Broidis, co-founder and twenty (20) year industry veteran.

The Retail Bus Tour provides property owners and their representatives a new platform to showcase their properties to real estate industry professionals as well as retail company representatives. “Additionally, this venue provides a networking opportunity for all industry personnel to share ideas and market information.” said Mr. Broidis. The Bus Tour, which costs $99 per attendee, includes a sponsored breakfast, lunch, mid-morning and mid-afternoon stops at featured properties and concludes with a cocktail and networking reception for all registered participants.
