RMSe Partners With Red Roof In To Enhance 143 Locations Nationwide
RMSe utilizes its industry leading footprint and advanced technology solution to complete 1,200 total enhancements for Red Roof Inn
(EMAILWIRE.COM, December 27, 2011 ) NEWARK, OHIO (December 27, 2011) - RMSe, recognized as a leader in the retail construction, installation, and project management industries, has been selected by Red Roof Inns to provide property improvements at 143 hotel properties. RMSe is contractually obligated to complete all 1,200 enhancements at 143 Red Roof Inns located in multi-state locations, throughout the nation, by August 31, 2012.
The property improvements differ in scale of complexity at each Red Roof location, but all are designed to improve the guest’s stay experience. RMSe is capable of successfully expediting and completing such large-scale projects, due to a sophisticated proprietary in-house technology and a large W2 field construction crew.
