The announcement was made at Technology Services World 2011 Las Vegas by TSIA executive director Thomas Lah and TSIA senior vice president of organizational development services, Tom Pridham.

The TSIA Organizational Development Program for Professional Services unites the power of the TSIA Professional Services Benchmark Study, now in its sixth year, with a unique and comprehensive new compendium of PS operational evaluation criteria, developed by TSIA staff in concert with TSIA partners and members.

The PS ODP Criteria address over 210 professional services-related processes at the corporate and geography levels. “Core Criteria” test an organization’s services go-to-market motion, from both a corporate and a field perspective, while “Engagement Criteria,” addressing more than 50 PS-related processes, assess how an organization’s geographies sell and deliver its PS portfolio. Together, these two sets of criteria provide the foundation for a comprehensive and integrated assessment of operational excellence.
