(EMAILWIRE.COM, May 03, 2011 ) SELMA, OREGON - Rogue River Journeys is sponsoring a National River Clean Up Week Project on May 13-14, 2011. Working in partnership with the Jacoby Creek School JCS LIVE class and the Bureau of Land Management in Grants Pass, Oregon, the project will include 20 middle school students, parents and teacher chaperons, and Rogue River Journeys’ guides who will volunteer their time to clean up a stretch of the Rogue River.

Rogue River Journeys has sponsored a clean up project every year since 1999. In 2007, the company was honored by the Bureau of Land Management with a National Making a Difference Award for its commitment to the Rogue River and our public lands.
