Co-presented by TSIA and CFSM International, the TSE event revealed current trends, challenges, and opportunities in the European marketplace—issues such as driving product adoption, delivering services in a consumption-based product delivery model (e.g., cloud and SaaS), and effectively leveraging social media in service operations.

Each year, the leading European technology organizations look to this conference to provide professional development for their up-and-coming managers and leaders, while others see it as an opportunity for their senior executives to gain key industry insights on strategy development. Wood presented the closing keynote, “The Changing Role of Services in the Sales Process,” providing provocative thoughts around the major upcoming revolution of the traditional go-to-market model.
