This month the real estate club will present two very special keynote speakers. Dan Marsh, an attorney will present “Breaking News on Mortgages; what the people are not being told. Only at this event will participants learn why the obligation of the homeowner to pay the mortgage has been compromised.

Some banks may have lost their right to enforce the mortgage because the obligation does not “legally” exist. There is no default and some banks have put moratorium on all foreclosures.

Dan Marsh will explain what this means to the homeowner and what action can be taken.

The second key-note speaker is Mark Davis, one of the first ¾ housing (transitional housing) experts in Oakland County.
