The company also released a forecast for 2011 with projected earnings of $5.00-$5.30 a share, on revenue of $3.9-$4.1 billion. Joy Global Inc. is a manufacturer and servicer of mining equipment for the extraction of coal and other minerals and ores.

Ryder System Inc (R: NYSE) Ryder System Inc witnessed its stock breakout this morning establishing a new 52 week high. The company seems to be carrying momentum from its recent acquisition of Total Logistic Control. Ryder will acquire TLC for cash under a stock purchase agreement. The acquisition is expected to add approximately $250 million in annual revenue to Ryder's Supply Chain Solutions business segment. Ryder System, Inc. is a provider of transportation and supply chain management solutions.
