Dallas, Tx - Visa Inc. (NYSE:V) shares fell 1.87% to $70.16 after it was downgraded at BofA/Merrill Lynch to Underperform from Neutral.

Slapping on the equivalent of a sell rating, the BofA analyst believes that recent issues with the new debit regulations will weigh on the stock, also adding that structural concerns are beginning to grow.

Shares of ARM are down 1.50% at $13.88.

The firm continues to believe ARM's EBITDA and EPS growth prospects are significantly above the sector average.
ArvinMeritor, Inc. (ArvinMeritor) is a global supplier of a range of integrated systems, modules and components to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and the aftermarket for the commercial vehicle, transportation and industrial sectors.

Dell Inc. (NASDAQ:DELL) shares are down over 0.30% to $12.28 after analysts at First Global rerated the stock to Underperform from Market Perform earlier.

Time Warner Inc. (NYSE:TWX) shares rose 0.26% to $30.75 after it was downgraded at Benchmark to Hold from Buy and reduced the price target by $6 to $34.
