The company on Monday named scandal-hit former Hewlett-Packard Co. chief Mark Hurd as one of its two co-presidents and said that current co-president Charles Phillips will leave the firm.
The business-software and hardware-systems giant said Hurd will join its board and report to CEO Larry Ellison.

Dell Inc. (NASDAQ:DELL) dropped 2.14% to $12.32 on over 19.61 million shares. Dell Inc plans to sell $1.5 billion in debt in three parts later on Tuesday, according to IFR.
The sale will include three- and five-year notes and 30-year bonds, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service. Barclays, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley are joint book-running managers for the sale, expected to be rated A2 by Moody's Investors Service and A-minus by Standard & Poor's.
Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) slid 0.37% to $257.81 on over 12.24 million shares. Over the past 52-weeks, the stock traded within the range of $46.60-$279.01. The volumes were low today at 12.24 million shares as compared to its daily average volume of 16.48 million shares.
Apple Inc. designs, manufactures, and markets personal computers, mobile communication devices, and portable digital music and video players, and sells a variety of related software, services, peripherals, and networking solutions.
Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:CSCO) went down 2.19% to $20.58. At today`s closing market price, the market capitalization of the stock stood at $117.54 billion. The stock fell more than 14% in the last one month of trading sessions.
